LED Expo Mumbai 2024 records a strong footfall 12,000+ visitors keen to explore innovations in LED and lighting industry

The 27th edition of LED EXPO Mumbai 2024 catering to the evolving market of LEDs, attracted 12,178 visitors from 16 countries and 352 Indian cities. The expo once again reaffirmed its position as India’s premier event for LEDs by satisfying 94% of exhibitors to meet the relevant target groups and 97% of the visitors impressed by the overall display and networking experience.

The show that was previously planned to take place from September 2020 has been rescheduled in adherence to the advisory measures that are still in place by the Indian government. The show will now open its doors in May 2021 at Bombay Exhibition Center Mumbai.

LED Expo’s Mumbai edition postponed in light of public health concerns due to Coronavirus

Messe Frankfurt India, organiser of India’s biggest exhibition on LED lighting and technologies today announced that amid the uncertainty caused by the evolving Covid-19 situation, the Mumbai edition of LED Expo, will not go ahead as scheduled in May 2020. The decision, which is strongly supported by all stakeholders, comes in the wake of Indian government closing inter-state and international borders and announcing a nation-wide lockdown to reduce the risk of further spread of coronavirus. The Mumbai edition will now take place from 18 – 20 September 2020 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.
